- The customer contacts Utilishield to report the potential claim.
- The customer and Utilishield contact the local utility provider to determine whether the reported problem is covered.
- Utilishield stays in contact with the local utility company until coverage is confirmed.
- After coverage is confirmed, Utilishield will dispatch our plumbing contractors.
- Utilishield will communicate with the customer until the repair is complete.
- After the repair is complete Utilishield will contact the customer with a follow-up satisfaction survey.
